Recently, we received several reports about problems that occurred in the registration process for Facilitator.
After going through an investigation, we found a problem in our system.
The problem was resolved on October 25, 2022, at around 4:00 a.m. and the registration system is now back to normal.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We will do our best to prevent the recurrence of similar problems in the future.
