About the new features

Pre IP is an abbreviation for “Pre (Registered) Intelligent Property” and it is a third-party certificate that certifies the authenticity of a content registered as a Pre IP on UNIPLAT by researchers and entrepreneurs even before a legal patent or any other legal registration is issued. This is a novel way to secure the ownership of digital content by utilizing smart contract technology on the blockchain.
