The SDGs are the entire lengthy text adopted by the UN in 2015, not an interpretation of them. Every human being must be educated to understand the entire text. If the brain circuits of those submitting and those receiving them are different, the objectives will not be achieved.
Each and every human being must have the thought process to understand this full text and get it down to the point where it can be grasped subconsciously. This will take a very long time. It will take decades.
However, if this is not realized, the support activities will remain as they are now, superficial, and will be conducted only in the form of a slave class doing the bidding of a dominant class and selling flattery, and the spirit and purpose will be suspended at a lower persona level, expanding only in a playful manner.
